She promises that you will learn new tricks and tips and enjoy a delectable meal.  

You will go home with recipes to replicate your meal and be inspired to host your own little get together.

Roasted Red Pepper Crostini or Zucchini Roll Ups, or Eggplant Caponata

  • Manicotti with Simple Tomato Sauce or Gnocchi with Bolognese Sauce

  • Stuffed Pork Loin with Sweet Onions & Cauliflower Mash or Panfried Fish with Tomato Relish

  • Cornmeal cake with raspberry puree

    or Iced Tiramisu

  • Classic French Onion Soup or Field Greens with Toasted Walnuts and Chive Herb Dressing

  • Braised Free Run Chicken with Dijon infused Sauce

  • Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Puree
