Sugar Ice Cubes



  • 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt

  • 1/4 cup mango nectar

  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces

  • 1 small ripe banana, peeled, sliced


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth

  2. pour into glasses and serve.

Mango nectar comes in small cans and is available in the Asian section of your supermarket. Can be substituted with orange juice.
